That’s right, yet another outstanding actor has joined the cast of the upcoming Star Wars spin-off: the yet-untitled Han Solo prequel. Emilia Clarke has hopped on board the highly anticipated movie that’s set to release in 2018.

While there’s not much information about her role as of yet, we know that she “will round out a dynamic cast of characters that Han and Chewie will encounter on their adventures“. Clarke is best known as Daenerys Targaryen in Game of Thrones, and she starred in the not-so-popular Terminator Genisys. Hopefully this movie performs a lot better!

Clarke joins the cast that currently consists of Alden Ehrenreich and Donald Glover, who play Han Solo and Lando Calrissian, respectively. The movie will take place before the original Star Wars trilogy, and is set to be directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller.

The Han Solo prequel will fly into cinemas in 2018.
